My husband and I stayed at this hotel 8/1/2009 in room 514 only to wake up the next day with bed bug bites. The hotel confirmed they found bed bugs and refunded our money for the night. Their insurance agent accused us of bring the bugs into the hotel and the GM will not return our calls. We are Hilton Diamond members and the Hilton Chain says they will not "overstep their bounds" by speaking with GM. So much for loyalty to a brand and expecting a hotel to take responsibility. Now we have to have our house treated for bed bugs.

On a Hampton comparison scale, this one rates a D, below average. First the good: The rooms, beds, furnishings, and linens are clean and up to Hampton standards. So they got the basics down. And on Mondays there's a reception with beer and some food....

We stay at this Hampton Inn hotel frequently. The service is always efficient and the staff is friendly and efficient. The location is very convenient for us to places we like to go. I cannot think of anything we dislike about the hotel. It is a great place to stay!
