Hampton Inn North Olmsted Hotel - Page 1

As has almost always been my experience with Hampton Inn hotels, my experience was very positive. They have an efficient and courteous staff and nice breakfast. I highly recommend them.

Our room had a very strange odor in it. However, the front desk staff switched us to another room quickly and efficiently. The service in the restaurant was very slow and we were on a time schedule.

Everything was of the highest quality.

We stayed in the same hotel on our way to and from Chicago, where we stayed in a relative's condo. We especially liked our upstairs room on the way to Chicago, it had recently been redone with excellent bedding. On the return trip, we stayed on the first floor, and the room next to us was occupied by a group of partiers who kept us up all night. We didn't complain, because we kept thinking they'd quiet down any minute, but they didn't. The first floor room had not been redone either, so it wasn't as good as the upstairs. The daytime desk clerks were outstanding, the night clerks were just okay.

I knew (and liked) just what to expect since it was designed just like all the others pretty much. But the indoor pool was chilly.
