Hampton Inn Norfolk Motel - Page 1

I was very impressed. The beds and mattresses were comfortable. It had lighting for reading above each bed so not to disturb the second person. Even the chair which wasn't great was comfortable enough to sit and read in. The only thing that disappointed us was the pool area. It was not well cleaned or kept. It wasn't warm and it advertised heated online. It had a great breakfast, with hot choices as well. It was the best hotel experience we have had in a long time!

This hotel made me feel relaxed: They had large bathrooms with enough room to move around in and very well laid out furniture and extras in the room.

It was a very friendly environment. The staff was very courteous and helpful. The breakfast in the morning was very plentiful. The rooms were very comfortable.

This hotel made me feel welcome: They were very nice when I arrived and they answered any questions I had. They were informative on what they provided there. They told me if I had to leave early they had little bags to take along for breakfast.

It was very nice and the staff was very helpful. The price was great.
