The hotel was well-kept, the people were very friendly and pleasant to speak with, and the room was very comfortable and had a warm, homey feeling. However, there are not enough amenities offered at either the hotel or inside the room. There were not enough seats for everybody during the breakfast hours.

This hotel made me feel welcome: The associates were very friendly and offered a greeting when I passed in close proximity. At the end of the visit, I was thanked, asked how the stay was, and offered a future reservation.

I am very likely to return to the Hampton Inn Mountain Brook.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

It is a typically great Hampton Inn, except that it did not have a common internet computer for anyone to use.

This hotel made me feel content: It had nice surroundings. It was clean and well run.

I am very likely to return to the Hampton Inn Mountain Brook.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

I liked the hotel's good location. There were good restaurants nearby. The front desk personnel in the morning were much better than those in the evening. Long traffic was light from Hwy 280, coming and going.
