Hampton Inn disappoints

47 year old woman with a economy budget, traveling for leisure

We never stayed at this hotel despite holding a reservation. Because I didn't have the number with me when we arrived, they refused us because they were full! And then they subsequently billed my Visa anyway, even though we never stayed there, and refused to reverse the charge when I later provided my reservation number. Be very careful choosing this hotel and this chain!

I am not likely to return to the Hampton Inn Miami Airport West.
I would not recommend it to friends.

52 year old man with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure

The staff went out of the way to pick me up at the airport after returning a rental car. My original room had a very unpleasant odor. To the hotel's credit, they did move us to another room. The hotel was out of towels and provided us with poor quality towels for the two children with us. The facility was reasonably close to the airport to spend the night before/after departure/arrival.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Hampton Inn Miami Airport West.
I might recommend it to friends.
