Our family never stayed here even though we had a reservation number. Unfortunately I left this number at home, and because of this, they told us we had no room booked with them, but later they billed us anyway!Their customer service has provided no ...

We never stayed at this hotel despite holding a reservation. Because I didn't have the number with me when we arrived, they refused us because they were full! And then they subsequently billed my Visa anyway, even though we never stayed there, and refused to reverse the charge when I later provided my reservation number. Be very careful choosing this hotel and this chain!
