55 year old male with a luxury budget, traveling for business
The entire hotel was filthy. A large stain on the carpet in the elevator. The hallways smelled bad. The room hadn't been cleaned in a long time. The bathroom was disgustingly dirty. Two dead light bulbs in the room. Staff was invisible for the most part. When they would look up, they were surly. I'd never had a bad experience at a Hampton Inn before in many many stays. This place was one of the worst hotel rooms I've ever seen. A surprise, but a true hotel hell nightmare.
