65 year old woman with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure
Good reception, they did carry our luggage in the room. We got complimentary very good breakfast each morning, we had very comfortable beds. We were on the 6th floor on the street side still inside the room it was very silent. In the evening we were offered complimentary comforting food: cookies and apples. All the employee were very nice. We will certainly return to this hotel and we are telling all our friends and acquaintance about it.
The location is very convenient also. When we left they made a reservation of a car to drive us to JFK airport.

Absolutely dissatisfied with the customer service we received from this hotel. Never reminded us of reservation, and management was unwilling to accommodate us. Never reserving a room again with Hampton Inn in general. Very poor customer service and not willing to honor their 100% Satisfaction Guarantee.

This hotel is well located for theatre district tourists. It has convenient parking and it is steps away from the Fiftieth street subway. It has very comfortable, quiet and clean rooms. The complimentary breakfast is very edible. They have nice touches like fresh cookies and apples at the desk and free USA Today on weekdays. There are no bad odors.

I have stayed at many Hampton Inn hotels and I find their bedding more comfortable than in most hotels. The breakfast buffet is nice, too.

They were good, but neither outstanding nor sub par in any aspect.
This hotel made me feel respected: They treated us at check in and check out like valued customers.
