56 year old woman with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure
Where can you stay and get breakfast included in NYC. I stayed here about 2 years ago and it was wonderful. The beds were great and the room was very nice. I loved the large shower! I never use the bathtubs in hotels...I would stay here again this year as I'm going to NYC in Sept, but now it's getting too pricy

I think the staff should have been a little more knowledgeable of the hotel's Hilton Honors redemption points and free room policy. They were not aware of the policy; my check-in was delayed for 45-60 minutes and I was unable to get into my room during this time, despite a confirmed reservation and having the redemption certificate with me. This was very distressing.

This was a very classy hotel. The beds were wonderful after a long day of touring the city and the location offered easy access to all the things you want to see in NYC.
