I was impressed by the hotel. Staff was extremely friendly, concierge went out of his way to help us find US Open Tickets. Continental breakfast was excellent with many choices. I would stay here again without question.

I have stayed at this hotel now 3 years in a row. Why? because I can't see how another hotel for this price and location could beat it. I have recommended it to all my friends. I plan to come back and WILL definately stay there again.

I had previously stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn across the street. The Hampton Inn has more personalized service and the staff is very responsive. When fresh washcloths were not provided, it only took one call to Housekeeping to remedy that....
