Good
H.I. lived up to the reviews we read before booking. Easy (after the 1st time) access to subways to WTC site and Central Park, good food across the street (go Ray's!!), great coffee all the time, safe and easy walk to theaters, nice breaksfast...
21 year old female with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
It was extremely clean and the beds were very comfortable. We were doing a lot of sightseeing and the location was right in the middle of everything interesting to see. Also, the attached parking garage was convenient for us to leave our car and was at a comparable and reasonable price.

We arrived at midnight NY time, after confirming our reservation with the hotel only to be told that no room was available for us. We were tired, hungry and not happy to hear that. The staff was great and found us another room at a near by hotel...
