Our 2 bed room was not ready when we arrived at 4pm(check-in was 3pm). We were told we could wait, but instead just opted for a 1 queen bed since we were only staying for 1 night. The shower head in the bath was awful, only half of the water came...

rooms are a bit small but if you are there to shop and play, this is a good value hotel. walk to times sqare, take a cab back for $5. bed was the most comfortable i have slept in ever. breakfast was good selection, hot foods, cereals, bagels,fruit....

This hotel was great! The rooms were clean, the staff very professional. The free breakfast was healthy. This was a family vacation and my husband and I had our three sons with us. It's not the best location to stay at being that you are so far away ...
