The people are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are very clean. The beds are wonderful. The free breakfast in the mornings are wonderful. They have a wide variety of items to enjoy.

The two most important things to me were excellent at this facility, a comfortable bed and a super shower. Free internet connection is also important to me.
The locks in the room were excellent. The hotel did not seem to be in a high crime area. It appeared that the reservation desk was manned all night.

The location was convenient. It’s located off Interstate 475, south of town. The service was outstanding. The front desk staff was excellent, and the staff at the breakfast bar was among the best and friendliest I have ever encountered at a hotel. We have stayed at Hampton Inns throughout the U.S., and they were among the best we have ever encountered.
