The location was good, but there were lots of trouble getting into the parking lot, as it was confusing. The room beds were strange and humped. We did get the correct key. The rooms smelled so we changed rooms. The bathroom was used before we were there, there was no seal on the toilet, and it was not flushed.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Hampton Inn Louisville.
I might recommend it to friends.
