37 year old with a luxury budget, traveling for business
They put me in a "non-smoking" room that reeked of stale smoke and tons of perfume. When I complained about the stench, they offered to spray more perfume. I travel weekly for work and this was the most disgusting Hampton Inn I've ever stayed at.
The staff was very polite and helpful.

The staff was very polite and helpful. The rooms were clean, the bedding and towel and courteous supplies were great. Pool needs steps to walk into pool for special needs people/seniors, etc not just the ladder steps as I cannot bend my knee and...
