Everything was excellent except the beds. They were very high off the floor and were too hard for me. I prefer a softer mattress. Other than that the stay was pleasant.
This hotel made me feel pampered: The room was clean and comfortable. The room service was fast and good.

I loved the room. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was fantastic. I would recommend the hotel to anyone who needed a place to stay in Orlando.
This hotel made me feel comfortable: We had a problem with the air conditioning and our room was changed immediately. If we needed directions the staff was helpful and courteous.

Always clean and the staff is always friendly and willing to go above and beyond.
This hotel made me feel welcome: They were extremely friendly and the usual continental breakfast was really a full breakfast.
