Hampton Inn Lake Buena Vista Hotel

My family and I recently had a stay at the Hampton inn on Palm parkway, and was severely disappointed from the time we checked in to the time we left. From check in, we were told that it would be an extra 10.00 for a microwave and fridge in the room with our family, only to find out that ALL the rooms had this, and it was just a way to make another dollar off of us and other visitors in the area.

We were later told that there was no maintaince to fix the leak in our room, and there were no other rooms to move us to. The managers the next day, avoided us, and never spoke to us, despite several attempts at the front desk.

It's near attractions and restaurants. It's very clean.

This hotel made me feel pampered: The room was ready on arrival with a gift for us in the room.

There was too much Interstate 4 traffic noise.

It was great, we really enjoyed our stay. The free breakfast was great for the family it really helped out a lot and the only problem we had was our refrigerator that did not get cold and that was replaced right away. The location was great, not too far from Disneyland.

This hotel made me feel excited: Just being a way from home and in another place made me feel excited.
