The staff we met in the corridors greeted us with a smile and a pleasant commentary every time we saw someone. The breakfast buffet server made sure we knew that fresh items were being made and to help ourselves to additional servings.

There was always only one person on duty to do all the work on the front desk. People had problems getting phone calls to us because the person at the desk would have to leave to go help a guest in their room. You would then have to wait for them to
