They could definitely use cable channel updates in the rooms. I got so bored and the very few selection of channels in my room that I went outside and watched traffic go by on the road. They should also fix cosmetic things such as blown light bulbs
They treated me with respect and when I see employs in the hallways and front desk, they would say hello and ask how I was.

The folks were more than professional. I have no complaints. I even talked to them about the desk chairs in their rooms. It was the first one that had found that 'fit' me. I haven't found how to get one. If they remodel/refurbish maybe I could purchase one.
