Excellent
I have stayed at several Hampton Inn's and have never been disappointed! Love the beds, updated rooms, service - customer and wireless, breakfast, etc. etc. etc. Great place to stay with kids. Always check for a Hampton before any other hotel....

Reservations easy online. Check-in & check-out staff were quick & friendly & accurate. Room on 3rd floor quiet, clean, spacious. Free hot breakfast great; cookies in the evening. No line for the computer in the business area (probably because each room has an internet hookup). Convenient location close to Ruby Tuesday's & Regency Mall. I had no complaints. One tiny glitch - the AC made a vibrating noise, but I put my suitcase on top of it & no more vibrating noise.

It is a decent enough hotel that serves its purpose if you are in that part of town for a reason. However, it has two deficiencies. The air conditioning does not dehumidify the room anywhere near enough. Everything feels a little damp. I have stayed there a lot, and this is true in every room, pretty much all the time. The exercise room is pretty lame. There are only one treadmill, one elliptical and one bike.
I am very likely
to return to the Hampton Inn Jacksonville - East Regency Square.
I might recommend it to friends.

The hotel was in a very convenient location. Service was excellent, they provided transportation to the cruise ship. I would recommend this hotel to other tourists.
