This was one of the first of their units that has the new bedding by Serta, Tranquility Nights, and it is wonderful! This location is very convenient for a thirty-mile radius and has the best service and great food eateries near by.
This hotel made me feel important: They were quick to send room service as well as recommend the best restaurant that was near by. They also introduced the new bedding system to us for the first time and it was wonderful.

The hotel had a great location, close to downtown and the skyway train. The service from the front desk staff was terrible. If there was another Hilton brand hotel near downtown I would have checked out after the first night. The air conditioning units needed repair.

We were billed a higher rate than quoted at check-in. I called when we noticed the higher charge. We were told that we were charged ahead for incidentals. We didn't use any so they said they would deduct the additional charge.
This hotel made me feel practical: It was no frills. What was there was useful and very clean.
