54 year old female with a luxury budget, traveling for business
It was very comfortable and a good place to stay for business. When I requested a smoking room, I was told there was none. Another person requested a non-smoking room and was told they were available. This could have been fixed immediately. When I requested a smoking room for the second conference, I got it with no problems.
One day we were given coffee mugs from the motel just for staying there. We were greeted as soon as we walked off the elevator by the desk clerk.
I am very likely
to return to the Hampton Inn Huntsville-Arsenal/S. Pkwy.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

The staff went out of their way to see to our needs, providing unexpected requests cheerfully and helpfully. The lady who does the breakfast bar was cheerful and industrious.
