I loved the hotel. We got breakfast and the non stop coffee room service was wonderful.

This hotel made me feel welcome: We were led to our room.

I am very likely to return to the Hampton Inn Hagerstown.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

It was nice and friendly. It has been impressively upgraded. It is good value for the price.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Hampton Inn Hagerstown.
I might recommend it to friends.

The furnishings were nicer than I expected. The breakfast was not the best I have had at Hampton Inn hotels in the past.

This hotel made me feel comfortable: The bedding was plush and there were a lot of pillows.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Hampton Inn Hagerstown.
I might recommend it to friends.

64 year old man with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure

We just liked it. The staff was very helpful, and the bathroom was very modern and well designed, especially the tub and shower. It was super! I would recommend Hampton to friends, and have done so.

This hotel made me feel comfortable: I liked the way we were greeted, the help with our luggage, my ex-wife is handicapped, and their general attitude.

I am very likely to return to the Hampton Inn Hagerstown.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.
