The customer service was not the greatest. The young woman working at the front desk seemed very irritated. She hardly wanted to help us at all. We switched hotels after that night, she was so rude we didn't even want to come back.

The location isn't all that important to us. We are willing to travel out of our way to stay at a Hampton Inn because we know what to expect from this chain as well as their employees. It's a wonderful hotel we highly recommend to all our friends and family

We did not feel overcrowded. The kids were able to watch TV in one room while we watched in the other at night, making for a more enjoyable atmosphere.

Was intially charged $88 over confirmed price. Pool over chlorinated. Employees children let to swim unsupervised. Carpets were filthy, bathroom sink clogged. Adjoining room door wouldn't stay open. The absolute worst was that we found 4 small...
