Excellent
Was with a group of motorcylists riding the mountains and made this hotel our base for the week. They were friendly and helpful. Lots of parking. Location was great with plently of places to walk for dinner. Rooms were small but clean and the beds...
We stayed in the king suite with fireplace and hottub. It was nice and clean. But the problems were many. No hot water most of the time. The Jets on the hot tub did not work!! There was No light at all outside the door, it was hard to see the key slot even in the day time. The down bed covers stuffing was in knots and lumps. We had to get the keys recoded twice in a two night stay because the door wouldn't open. The worst thing was when we told the desk manager about the problems, he had an excuse for everything. He even said that the down covers comes that way(lumpy) when they purchased them, all of them!! I have stayed in many Hampton Inn and liked them and not one cover was lumpy!! All doors to the rooms are outside.

The hotel has an excellent location, a friendly staff, very attentive to needs and requests. Parking can be difficult at times. I am a repeat guest at this facility.
