The location was superb, on the main street in Gatlinburg and close to the Smoky Mountains National Park. The view of the pool and stream was gorgeous. The furniture was comfortable and the way the room was decorated and furnished was beyond my expectations. The breakfast food was more than adequate. The size of the room could have been larger. There was no fitness room. The cleaning service was always quick and done properly.

This hotel made me feel elegant: The furniture and decor in the room was of top quality.

It’s in the best location in town. The rooms are spacious, and super clean. They have great new bedding, they’re very plush. The complimentary breakfast is excellent. I've viewed probably 30 different properties in Gatlinburg, and this one is the best I've seen!

The location was excellent as the event we were attending was at the convention center. The continental breakfast is a great timesaver. The new beds are wonderful!

The location is excellent. It is two hundred yards from the park entrance. The staff was very helpful and friendly. We will return to this exact hotel on our next visit to the area.

This hotel made me feel relaxed: They provided a room overlooking a mountain stream. The sound of the flowing water was very relaxing at night.

My recent stay was two weeks ago and it was nice. They always have a friendly staff, clean rooms, and a great breakfast. They are in the process of switching over to the new Hampton beds, which I cannot wait to try. It’s in a nice location also, you can walk to everything.

I like to stay at Hampton Inns as they provide good value, good service and they are clean. I like the continental breakfast as well.

The continental breakfast was excellent and better then expected. The high-speed Internet was also wonderful.

It was a good stay. The room was a little small, and the Internet connection did not work for a day or two, but once brought to their attention, they handled it immediately. I would recommend them.

This hotel is centrally located, has clean rooms, a friendly staff, a beautiful location and surroundings. It has a great price and value for the area.
