Hampton Inn Gatlinburg Hotel

Some Problems

We stayed in the king suite with fireplace and hottub. It was nice and clean. But the problems were many. No hot water most of the time. The Jets on the hot tub did not work!! There was No light at all outside the door, it was hard to see the key slot even in the day time. The down bed covers stuffing was in knots and lumps. We had to get the keys recoded twice in a two night stay because the door wouldn't open. The worst thing was when we told the desk manager about the problems, he had an excuse for everything. He even said that the down covers comes that way(lumpy) when they purchased them, all of them!! I have stayed in many Hampton Inn and liked them and not one cover was lumpy!! All doors to the rooms are outside.

It's in the best location in town. The rooms are spacious, and super clean. They have great new bedding, they're very plush. The complimentary breakfast is excellent. I've viewed probably 30 different properties in Gatlinburg, and this one is the best I've seen!

The hotel has an excellent location, a friendly staff, very attentive to needs and requests. Parking can be difficult at times. I am a repeat guest at this facility.
