Front desk was very helpful and check in was a breeze. We asked for more bedding and towels and they were delivered immediately. Additionally, our family was driven to a nearby restaurant in the hotel courtesty van. Great, hot breakfast in spacious...

The complementary shuttle service from the airport, to and from area attractions, and to the cruise port, was an unexpected and exceptional. The continental breakfast buffet was more than adequate. It’s a good value for those heading out on a cruise.

I felt that with only one person at the desk at times he could have used a second person. He wasn't as happy as the business requires but he was friendly enough to make the trip pleasant. The maids that worked there were very friendly and they were very helpful. All in all it was as good a trip as I have had in any hotel or resort. I knew what they offered before getting the room and was very happy. The location is a bit away from the other hotels and I made a couple wrong turns trying to relocate it. After having gone to Las Olas Boulevard shopping.

The hotel is centrally located and quiet. They have proven themselves during Hurricane Katrina, when on site power remained up while all around lost theirs. The staff is attentive and the rooms are clean. The continental breakfast is good and served in a relaxed atmosphere. The hotel is great for the price.
