It is close to 80/90 toll way and 69 north, very convenient.No restaurants close to the hotel.“The rooms are clean the staff was friendly. Had a nice breakfast selection. We will stay here again next August when we go to the Michigan race...
35 year old male with a luxury budget, traveling for business
Recently this hotel has moved it rates about $20 higher than last year. This made me choose the Holiday Inn next down the street for about the same price that I paid last year. I quickly learned why the Hampton is worth the extra $20.
The staff was nice at Holiday Inn, but not helpful, the room was sorta clean but I did find ashes next to the bed in a non-smoking room. So for the heck of it I checked out early and went over to the Hampton. I was greeted by smiles right away, the felling was just more home like, its hard to put in words. My room was extremely clean, and I noticed they put in new bedding with a down duvet and father top bed.
Also, they had some really nice stuff on the breakfast that was different, beagles with eggs and bacon and cheese on top. Hampton continues to step up its game and me always shopping for a deal, I try others every now and then, but quickly understand. You get what you pay for.

We stopped at this hotel on our way from Minnesota to Connecticut last Christmas. We booked the hotel by calling when we were an hour ahead, in a snowstorm, late at night. The staff was nothing but courteous and accommodating. The room was clean, very comfortable and a wonderful break from our uncomfortable car. I loved the bed! My husband loved the high-speed wireless internet, and it was great to have a hot continental breakfast the next morning on our way back out to the road. They did a great job. I'd stay there again in a heartbeat!
We had been in our car, loaded with Christmas gifts and baby gear, for a long time, and the rooms were spacious, with up to date amenities and the best bed ever!

I like the comfortable bed and new bedding, the breakfast is available early and the staff was very pleasant.
The personnel are very friendly, from the front desk to the person who puts out the breakfast. There is always a greeting by name as well as a greeting upon leaving.
