Hampton Inn Fort Walton Beach Hotel

There were no surprises; I always know what to expect. It's comfortable.

It's easy to find. It's wedged in between lots of condo construction. They have really nice people, especially since they were working on Christmas. The breakfast was okay but nothing special. It was a decent value.

This hotel made me feel important: The people working there made us feel we were worth their being there for Christmas.

I stayed at this Hampton Inn a couple of times while traveling on business. I was told that I needed to stay at this hotel because our company has a negotiated rate with them. I was pleasantly surprised by the condition of the furniture and hotel overall; it must have been renovated very recently. The staff was very friendly. I expected to have a cold, continental breakfast but was again surprised to find a hot breakfast waiting for me. You couldn't pay me to stay anywhere else.

The people who work at the front desk were not only helpful with directions (on the way in), they were quite friendly and helpful during my stay. The hotel's location is on a fine beach with a good restaurant -- Fuddruckers -- across the street. This hotel is a good value.

This hotel made me feel welcome: The personal friendliness of the staff was welcoming. Two of the ladies at the front desk were not only knowledgeable, they were quite helpful.
