I felt that with only one person at the desk at times he could have used a second person. He wasn't as happy as the business requires but he was friendly enough to make the trip pleasant. The maids that worked there were very friendly and they were very helpful. All in all it was as good a trip as I have had in any hotel or resort. I knew what they offered before getting the room and was very happy. The location is a bit away from the other hotels and I made a couple wrong turns trying to relocate it. This unit had a can-do attitude. We arrived at seven a.m. and they let us have a room that early in the morning. They also had a very good mini breakfast set up that surpassed many other full service hotels.

The location was spectacular. When using this hotel, I recommend tourists to ask for the room overlooking the bay.

The hotel staff was wonderful. The only problem we had was that there was a slight confusion getting guests checked in and in rooms, but that was understandable as it was all due to a power outage that occurred just as we reached the hotel from a storm that passed through.

A nice continental breakfast was included; it was excellent.
