The price was too high. I liked the great rooms and the staff was ok.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Hampton Inn Florence.
I might recommend it to friends.

This Hampton Inn admits that it is poorly designed, with the mechanical room right in the bedroom area. Our room shared a common wall. It was extremely noisy because a very loud hot water heater kept recycling. I would not recommend any over-night accommodations with this kind of layout to anyone!

This hotel made me feel welcome: We were in Alabama to attend a funeral. The staff was very caring and offered help over and above the call of duty. The manager even offered to lead us to the funeral home which was difficult to locate even with directions.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Hampton Inn Florence.
I would not recommend it to friends.

I enjoy traveling with my family and by myself too. I like the safety of hampton inn too!

This hotel made me feel welcome: I like the warm and welcoming feeling that you get when you are a repeat customer, which am. I also am an honor club member and love the perks too! i'm always satisfied with my stay there. They sincerely want me to return time and again. I like hampton inn so.

I am very likely to return to the Hampton Inn Florence.
