The service was fantastic. We were in town to see our son graduate from the air rescue program with the US Coast Guard. Our vehicle broke down and the people at the front desk suggested where to take the vehicle. We did not know how long it would take, but the employees assured us that they would do everything in their power to hold a room for us as long as we needed it. That was super!

I felt welcome there because the lobby was decorated for the 4th of July. Friendly, helpful staff and the best hotel breakfast in America. We called while on the road, made reservations, and got directions right to the hotel. Great service.

The price of the room was tripled due to a special event in the area. I feel that this is price gouging of the customer. The only saving grace for the Hampton Inn was that every other hotel in the area also tripled the price for the week.
The staff was very friendly and were knowledgable about the area. They were very helpful even theough the price of the room was tripled for the week was staying there due to a special event.
