Hampton Inn Dover Hotel

Although the rooms were clean the people who work there are rude and useless. Don't expect much never mind them going above and beyond. After they suggested I have gift bags for my wedding hotel guests, they were very put-out to say the least about giving them to guests. Then after charging me for a shuttle that they advertise as free (b/c it was after hours), they called three times while I was on my honeymoon with very rude messages saying they had to make an extra shuttle trip so I owed them more money and needed me to take care of it NOW.

RUDE, RUDE, RUDE!!! So much for 100% satifaction. Even after talking with a manger he told me I would have to talk with the woman who was harrassing me for $30.00 because their driver left without my guests and had to go back. Sad when managment passes the buck and can't deal with a problem himself. Other than this the wedding was perfect...my advice is to find a different hotel for your special day.
