Everyone at the desk was very friendly and helpful. The housekeeping staff was very accommodating. All of the employees in the facility said good morning when passing in the halls.

It had a friendly and pleasant registration staff. The morning manager was accommodating, helpful, and personable. The breakfast attendant was helpful and friendly. My grandson used the pool; the towels were gone and, when requested, were immediately stocked. I liked the ease of handling the somewhat complicated payment for rooms, we were paying for two other parties. We were there for a family wedding. Everyone had positive things to say about their experience at HI.
