I love the staff. You can really tell that the Manager really cares about the hotel with all of the little details through out.

The hotel had the best location for our event. The bed was awesome. I usually look for Hampton Inn hotels when I have to spend the night. They always have a courteous staff.

I've stayed at this hotel twice in the last 5 years. Both times were quite enjoyable. The staff is pleasant and inquisitive; so as to provide you with whatever your needs are.

You get USA Today gratis and there are brochures and magazines for North Georgia Mountain and NC Mountain areas. The business center was surprisingly well equipped with plush office chairs. I usually skip the "free breakfast" offered by most hotels; but these people really lay out a "southern spread". They even have a hostess on site who does her best to make an already nice breakfast even better.

The one quirk is that the hotel sits immediately behind the Holiday Inn and if you're not careful you'll go to the Holiday Inn instead. I did it on both of my visits. And, of course the Holiday Inn did not have my reservation. I think it's a source of amusement for the Holiday Inn staff as they feverishly look for your reservation and then finally with a sly grin say, "Are you sure you're with us and not with the Hampton Inn? I felt like a chump both times. But, then the Hampton Inn staff gave me a giant cookie and made it all better.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is very convenient to a major highway.
