The staff was very friendly and helpful; we were very impressed. Our room was clean and had been recently renovated. The only problem that we encountered was the toilet was stopped up when we first entered our room.

This hotel made me feel important: I felt important there because they went out of their way to help us with travel needs, including special accommodations to enable printing of airline check-in documents for a very early morning flight.
