Dirty tub. Lumpy mattress. Front desk rented the room again so a man (a stranger with a key card!) entered. Luckily I was dressed but this represented a safety issue. Children (unattended and under the age of 10) were allowed in the fitness center. I would think that would be dangerous with the machines! Noisy hallway in the middle of the night. Breakfast okay -- certainly nothing special. Internet connection slow. I travel a lot and I have never experienced anything like this. I've never dissed a hotel/motel online before but be careful.

Very pleasant, clean and comfortable facility, however the internet system sucks. myself, and several counterparts staying in other rooms could not log onto the internet.

The hotel has service through MaxWifi. I called what was supposed to be 24/7 tech support on a connectivity issue, only to find that the number listed for this support was no longer a valid number. I called the front desk and was given another number which there was no answer and had to leave a message on a voicemail. I called several more times only to receive the voicemail and never received a call back from MaxWifi tech support.
We were in town for a wedding. My four kids, husband and I had a wonderful stay. The pool was heavily chlorinated so I would recommend goggles. The breakfast buffet was more than suffucient for us.
