Within walking distance to many attractions. Room was clean and quiet. Bed was very comfortable with four feather pillows.Continental breakfast was wonderful and had a variey of offerings. Self parking is $* a day.

The Hampton Inn downtown Cleveland had the most comfortable beds! It was almost as good as being at home. I slept great every night and usually I have a hard time sleeping. I recently stayed at a very high end hotel in Vegas and the beds were not...
44 year old male with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
Booked it through the Net, but when I showed up (late at night) I needed to show a goverment card to get my 80 dollar rate. I had no clue what it meant, since there was nothing about a goverment card in my reservation. The people behind the counter were extremely inpolite, and had no compassion for someone from abroad who had been traveling all day. They offered me a room for double the price, but I left. I'd rather sleep on the streets than bring any money to this so called hotel where hospitality is unknown.

Very friendly and courteous employees. Excellent curb service as I drove up. Take advantage of the valet parking. Room was super clean and beautiful. Huge and totally comfy bed. Complimentary breakfast included eggs! Nice walk to Rock and Roll Hall...

Excellent
I was surprised that this hotel was really clean. I liked the fact that all the bed covers where white, which made me feel that this hotel had nothing to hide by using the printed ones; I slept like a baby.

The stay was good. Everyone there was pleasant, even the security guards who would watch for me outside when I went out to smoke at two in the morning. There were not any problems at all really.
I am somewhat likely
to return to the Hampton Inn Cleveland Downtown.
I might recommend it to friends.
