We arrived at the front desk to check in and we stood there for over thirty minutes waiting on someone to check us in. When the older woman finally decided to come out from the back she snapped rudely at my husband.

The check-in process was fast and the room was ready. The TV channel selection is horrible, almost seems like it was designed for the average sports fan; four ESPN channels. There is a shuttle to take you around to places if you don't have a car, but if you're working and want to go eat at the nearby Woodfield Mall, too bad, the shuttle shuts down at 4 pm, which is useless.
The breakfasts are terrible, the eggs taste like cardboard. There are only a couple of restaurants in walking distance and they are both not exactly the best thing for your health. Thank goodness there's a well stocked supermarket across the street. It would be nice to have a small fridge and microwave, but they don't have those there. It was OK as a place to sleep, but that's about it.
