Liked: the comfort of the room and bath, the airport shuttle service, the selection at the breakfast buffet, and the convenience of the secure computer room.
Disliked: Amid posh furniture, and for a one-night price of $173 for a single-occupant room, I'd have expected real plates and cutlery instead of plastic and styrofoam at the breakfast buffet. The phone-order meal service (supper) from The Great Escape was a poor excuse for food, delivered in a bag soggy with spilled gravy. In its defense, this meal service was budget priced.

This hotel is always consistent. The workout room is okay but I've seen better, and worse. It was really too cold to use the pool. The directions to the Woodbridge Mall were horrible, we had to pull off the road and ask for directions.

The hotel is in a good location if you need to get to O'Hare Airport. But the bed was a bit too firm for my liking. There were no views out the windows (if you are looking for that), just planes and the expressway. The room had a mini-bar that did not keep items cold.
