Hampton Inn Chester Hotel

My overall experience, as brief as it was, was good. My only concern was the cleanliness of the bathroom. The tile floor did not look clean, nor did the bathtub. Also the pillows were not good for my neck.

This hotel made me feel respected: The front desk clerk was very gracious.

It was an overall great experience at this hotel. The bathtub left a little to be desired. It was very dirty.

This hotel made me feel welcome: From the moment we drove into the parking lot, it was well lit and ample parking by the front door. The front desk clerk was very nice and able to process my reservation quickly.

I was very disappointed in this hotel. The room was very small and in need of updating. They were renovating, but we checked in at around 4:30 and asked for a renovated room and were told that "They were for return visitors." The price was out of line for the room and condition of the hotel due to the remodeling. A bar of soap was left in the shower and a huge dust bunny came along with the phone book. There's no pool on the premises. We were told if we wanted use of a pool we could walk (up the hill) to the Comfort Inn.

It's always clean; has fast Internet; and is reasonably priced.
