Hampton Inn Charlotte Uptown Hotel

I have stayed there before. They have free convenient parking. All the linens were upgraded this year. That was a nice improvement. I had a problem with the lack of hot water in the morning and I could not shower. An adjustment was made to my bill to compensate for the inconvenience. They served a good breakfast.

This hotel made me feel relaxed: The recent room upgrades including a lap desk and a sofa, as well as the fireplace in the lobby made me feel relaxed.

I loved the location and convenience of the hotel.

The rooms were loud - I could hear the guy in the next room, and his TV, and could hear people slamming their doors, etc. I had stayed at the adjacent Hilton Garden a couple of weeks before without ever hearing anyone else in the hotel.

At each Hampton Inn I've visited, I found the rooms to be clean and tastefully decorated. The common areas such as the lounge were well decorated, and I really enjoy the complimentary breakfast. There is always a good variety of tasty food. It's the reason we choose the Hampton over other hotels.

This hotel made me feel sophisticated: The decor of the lobby was sophisticated, and I was staying there. I liked the ads inside the elevator; not that they were there, but that they were hip ads. Also, as a stay-at-home mom, I don't stay in many hotels, so just being in a hotel without food and magic marker all over me made me feel sophisticated.
