Floors are really dirty and hotel could be updated. Not a bad value for the cost in this area.

I would recommend the Hampton Inns and Suites to family and friends. The inn rates very high in quality, courtesy, and comfort.

The staff members were very courteous to all visitors and treated us with respect and dignity despite our handicaps and or presentation, rich or poor looking.

It’s in a nice location and is a very nice facility.

I would highly recommend Hampton Inns. I had a problem with my TV, but it was repaired promptly. It was my decision not to call them when the problem occurred because it was late, and I was too tired to entertain a repairperson at that time.

I ran outside around the building in the early morning, and the exterior of the building was lit well and the hotel employees were visible and attentive at five a.m.!

Hampton Inn and Suites were very near where we had our conference. The staff was very friendly and respectful regarding our needs. The environment is very clean and safe. The rooms are clean and meet our needs. Our discount cards were respected and they gave us discount cards for our next visit.

We have stayed at other inns and suites in the past, only Hampton Inn and Suites made our stay this enjoyable.

We always stay at Hampton Inns. We like the service, breakfast, and cleanliness. We've stayed at the one in South Carolina, North Carolina, three in Georgia and one at Niagara Falls, Canada. The Niagara Falls location was the only disappointment. The service, breakfast selection, and rooms weren't as good at that location.

The attendants are always friendly and helpful. Most of the time you get responsive answers to phone calls. The maid service is always good.

The first room we were placed in had fingerprint smudges all over the window. The first bed was clean, but the second bed still had makeup and hairs left from the previous occupant. Only one lamp out of four had a working light bulb. I asked to be changed to another room. My requested was granted immediately, however, the second room, a "a non smoking room", reeked of smoke, and the window was full of fingerprints (again) and so were the hallway windows. When I approached the manager on the day of departure to advise of her of the cleanliness of the rooms, she was very cold and accused me and my family of trashing out the first room and told me that I could have been arrested for trashing the room out. I will never ever recommend this hotel to anyone during the four year duration of my son's education at UNCC.

When we called we asked for a queen-sized bed, and we had a double, which was not comfortable. We paid $91.00 for the night.

They have clean and comfortable rooms.
