It is newly remodeled, pleasant, and has easy access. They have very comfortable beds, decent sized rooms, and a nice breakfast. They have a courteous helpful staff.
My reservation was ready. They acted like they were expecting and welcomed me. They made me feel like they would look forward to my return.

The hotel stay included continental breakfast so that was a great convenience for me. The beds were great. They just replaced the old ones. The hotel shares the parking lot with Perkins Bakery and Restaurant and is very close to the University of Illinois campus.

The room and bathroom were surprisingly large and the bed was very comfortable. The continental breakfast was also excellent. However, the whirlpool was too hot to be used the thermometer was broken and the hotel was waiting for it to be repaired.
The staff at the front desk was very accommodating. The cleaning staff was also friendly and obeyed the do not disturb sign.

Excellent
We stopped here while on our honeymoon and it was wonderful. The bed was huge, fluffy and clean. The entire room was spotless. The buffet breakfast was great. The service was excellent, and that was while the hotel was sold out. I was very impressed ...

The hotel is fine; however, I had two particular problems. One, I was put in a smoking room even though I had reserved a non-smoking room, because they had run out. Second, they had wireless Internet capability, but no one seemed to know anything about it, so it was basically useless.

The hotel was very clean and appetizing. The toilet grab bars in my wheelchair-accessible room were mounted way too high to be useful to me, and higher (I believe) than most wheelchair users would prefer. However, the desk in my room was a particularly useable piece of furniture from a wheelchair perspective. They had good handicapped parking as well.
