I loved this hotel. It was comfortable and relaxing. The only thing I didn't like was the breakfast. They could have had more choices. I also wish they had room service. Other than those minor things I had a great time and am currently planning another stay at a Hampton Inn hotel next year.
The beds were wonderful. They had huge fluffy pillows. They also had the cutest lap desks in the rooms. They were a nice added touch.

We had requested a non-smoking room, but the room was not a non-smoking room. Another person in our party agreed to switch rooms with us. The staff was very apologetic and they offered us free breakfast the next day for our inconvenience. The air conditioner did not work. The front staff quickly dispatched someone to fix it. It was eventually replaced.

This is an extraordinary hotel because of the top of the class professionalism and dedication of staff from the super manager to all of the employees. I understand Hampton inspectors are very detailed in their reviews, but I can't see how they could find any deficiency here. All is attended to here with such professionalism and charm. If I'm ever in the area again, I'll definitely stay here.
