We arrived to a dirty room, but the front desk and hotel management went out of their way to make up for problem. The hotel was easy to find. The breakfast was excellent and varied. The rooms were very well designed and in great condition.

The decor was really nice. Also, the manager was great about getting me toothpaste, toothbrush, and anything else I'd forgotten. All the staff I came into contact with was quite courteous.
As a college student it was a nice surprise not to be ignored as most of the people in the service industry usually do.

This is a nice hotel, but they are currently renovating. They have a decent pool, but the exercise room is small and has only a treadmill, stair climber and bike. The down side is that all the restaurants are downtown or on the north side. There are diners and bars, but not much else.

The hotel was in a prime location, lots of shopping and restaurants nearby. I had a great experience, it was my first time staying alone in a hotel room/checking in, etc., and I was very comfortable with the whole experience.
