Our stay was horrible. The tub looked like someone had walked around in it with muddy shoes. The towels were like sandpaper. The beds were the worst.
Complain to the staff, what staff? At least answer the phone, make an appearance, clean, do...
This was the worst hotel in Cedar City. The tub looked like someone walked around in it with dirty boots. We requested queen beds and were stuck with doubles. The shower stayed hot for a millisecond.
