We have stayed at this hotel many times during the past 3 years. It is always clean and the staff is great. But our bed this time was so bad that neither my husband or I got any sleep ( room 329) I think that it was broke in the middle!!
The beds were amazing but other than that the hotel doesn't have much else going for them. There was no hot water all night, the breakfast area was crowded and had a slim selection, and when we purchased pay-per-view there was static throughout ...
The service was horrible and the beds and bathrooms were dirty. The staff was not interested in helping my family at all. When I came to them about the filthy room, they did nothing to make me happy.

The staff here is very friendly. We didn't get the room we asked for, but we easily got money back for our trouble, and the beds are very comfortable and everything is nice and clean. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.
