Hampton Inn Canton Hotel - Page 2

The room was extremely clean and neat. I also enjoyed the free breakfast - it went above and beyond my expectations. The only problem was that our keycard was not working, so every time we needed to go back into our room, we had to ask for help at the front desk. I felt somewhat unsafe because the staff did not ask for any identification to make sure that it was in fact our room we were getting into; anyone could have said it was their room and gone right in and taken whatever they wanted.

The Hampton Inn chain is awesome. They are very nice and quiet. They are very comfortable and always make you feel welcome. The rooms are very nice and clean. The pools and weight rooms are very nice, too.

When we travel, we use a motel or hotel to sleep, shower, and relax. I am not very picky, but Hampton Inn is quite nice.

This hotel made me feel content: I was just a nice stay, everything was quit nice and I was treated with respect, asked for nothing more.

The personnel were very pleasant, friendly, helpful and cheery. We were made to feel welcome and that our business was appreciated.

This hotel made me feel relaxed: We were in Canton for a funeral and the hotel staff was very helpful in getting us directions to the funeral home and very helpful in making sure our stay was pleasant. Their help and attitude helped us to feel relaxed.

Did not like the size of the room, or that it had a possible fire hazard in the room.

The reason stay at the Hampton Inn is because we know what to expect..... They have consistent standards....

This hotel made me feel comfortable: The bed and bathroom are big and the blankets are soft.
